Consultation and Design
Each project begins with an in-depth consultation to understand the client's vision, project objectives, site opportunities, budget and programme. This stage includes site appraisal, precedent research, design workshops and the establishment of a clear landscape brief. We then develop an inspiring concept design that defines the overall landscape vision, spatial planning, key experiences, material and planting character, and design narrative through illustrative plans, mood boards and high-quality visualisations. The concept provides a clear strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the project's architectural vision while establishing a strong foundation for subsequent design development.

Technical Drawings
Schematic Design
During the schematic design stage, we translate the project vision into a coordinated landscape concept, defining spatial planning, circulation, key landscape elements, material palettes, planting character and the overall user experience. Deliverables typically include concept plans, mood boards, precedent imagery, illustrative diagrams and high-quality visualisations that enable informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment before progressing to detailed design.
Detailed Design
The detailed design stage develops the approved concept into a fully coordinated and buildable landscape package. This includes detailed layout plans, hardscape and softscape design, planting plans, grading and drainage coordination, irrigation and lighting integration, landscape details, material specifications, schedules and documentation suitable for pricing, statutory approvals and construction, ensuring the design intent is delivered to the highest quality standards.

Construction, Installation and Supervision
Eden Design Company provides construction supervision services to ensure the approved landscape design is delivered with the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
